They apply to each company's first monthly Standard subscription. You subscribe with your card on Mercado Pago and nothing is charged for 7 days; exactly 7 days later Mercado Pago charges the first month, and then every month on the same date. Cancel before that and you pay nothing. When you add your card, Mercado Pago may place a small charge to validate it and refunds it automatically; it is not an RHPrisma charge. Professional and yearly payment have no trial days.

With Mercado Pago, from here or from Billing in your portal: pick the plan and the cycle, pay on Mercado Pago and when you come back your plan is already on. No receipts to send.

Not yet. We do not issue Mexican CFDI invoices for now: your payment receipt is the one Mercado Pago gives you. You can leave your tax details saved in your portal and we will use them as soon as we start issuing. If your company needs an invoice in order to hire us, write to us before paying.

Yes, anytime. The new plan starts as soon as Mercado Pago confirms the payment, and we cancel your previous subscription so you are not charged for both. What was already charged on the previous plan is not refunded.

Yes: you pay 10 months in advance and use the plan for 12. You buy it right here by picking "Yearly" and pay once on Mercado Pago by card, OXXO or balance. It does not auto-renew: at the end of the year you decide.

No. It is a flat monthly fee per company. What changes between plans is how many people you can assess per month, which instruments you can send, the assessment size, open vacancies, AI CV analyses, storage for CVs and documents and team users.

New sends pause until the 1st, when the quota renews, or until you change plans. Nothing is cut off: anyone who already has a link can finish, and you can send that person more assessments that month without counting them again as a person (each send does count toward the monthly invitations, 4 per person in the plan). Unused quota does not roll over.

Because it runs on our own servers, without sending the CV to third parties, and that capacity is shared by every company. That is why there is a monthly and a daily quota. Failed ones do not count.

The respondent only gets a folio receipt and never sees their result. The score, the response detail (surveys included) and the analysis are available to the organization running the instrument. More detail in the privacy notice.

Everything is paid through Mercado Pago. The monthly subscription is charged to a credit or debit card. Yearly payment (12 months for 10) is a one-time payment by card, OXXO or Mercado Pago balance. The invoice (CFDI) is issued with the tax data you register in the portal.
