Why it exists
In Mexico, NOM-035 is mandatory (STPS) and measuring climate, engagement or psychosocial risk usually ends up in scattered spreadsheets or in slow, expensive consulting projects.
RHPrisma handles the hard part: instruments, secure mode, analysis, a personal portal, time calendar, leave, cost centers and FTE capacity. People work in a simple space while HR manages a protected view.
Billing is a flat monthly fee per company, with no per-employee charge and no lock-in.

What we believe
The person only gets a folio receipt; they never see their score. The response detail and the analysis are available to the organization running the instrument.
Every assessment is taken fullscreen, with copy and paste blocked, and auto-cancels as an anomaly if the person repeatedly leaves the screen.
Beyond the instrument catalog, every person can enter their week, view their calendar and request leave without accessing confidential HR views.
HR turns results and time into decisions: health by dimension, FTE capacity, budget and consumption per cost center, with protected salary bands.
